The highly-coveted Nike Air Foamposite “Galaxy” One is rumored to be making a comeback in 2024. Sneaker leaker @zSneakerheadz revealed that the iconic space-themed sneaker will be hitting shelves again next spring. The original release of the sneaker during NBA All-Star Weekend in Orlando in 2012 created chaos in stores across the country, with some retailers having to cancel the release altogether.
The sneaker features an all-over print in blue and purple hues with star detailing, a glow-in-the-dark sole, and a “remove before flight” hangtag. The original design has never been retroed, but an “Alternate Galaxy” colorway was released in 2018. Although no images of the 2024 edition have been leaked yet, @zSneakerheadz suggests that it will look like the original. Fans of the sneaker can expect its return to be met with excitement and high demand.
